Initial Strategic Research Plan for Future Earth in Asia
This Strategic Research Plan was developed in 2015 by the then Monsoon Asia Integrated Research Study (MAIRS) and the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature (RIHN), with input from numerous other collaborators, to inspire the realization of Future Earth in Asia. It is intended to recognize and reflect the unique qualities of Asia and its challenges to sustainability, while aligning with global plans for Future Earth.
This research plan identifies the floolwing ten key issues that can provide appropriate focuses for Future Eath in Asia, and they are still relevant today.
