Administrative Officer, Urban KAN

Mr. Atma comes to support the administrative functioning of the Urban Knowledge-Action Network while pursuing a doctoral degree at Urban Engineering, The University of Tokyo. He has an education background in climate change related issues particularly in relationship to the urban environment. This expertise ranges from climate related-disaster risk, Machine Learning, and GIS. Over the past 5 years he has worked on various climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction projects. In addition to that, he has research interest on urban resilience, ecosystem services, and Nature-based Solution (NbS).
